Construction Office Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Office Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Accounts payable
  • Managing purchase orders
  • Handling sales contracts
  • Coordinating construction schedules

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Preferred Experience:

  • Residential construction experience
  • Familiarity with Builder MT and Sales Simplicity software

Job Type:
