WHO ARE WE?
For over 30 years Napolitano Homes has been passionately committed to creating quality homes and communities. What sets Napolitano Homes apart from other new home builders out there is that we genuinely understand what a home means to a family. This understanding stems not just from our steadfast dedication to quality and innovation, but because we also are a family. With so many larger building companies out there it's easy to feel lost in the shuffle, which makes finding a family oriented business committed to satisfing every customer very refreshing. We are building homes not just houses.
Our homebuilding company was founded in 1977 by Fred Napolitano Sr. and son Vincent. Since then, sons Fred II and John have contributed their talents, making Napolitano Homes one of the finest and most influential family teams in the new homebuilding industry. Our experience has awarded us the achievement of constructing over 7,000 new homes in Virginia and North Carolina. It is this level of experience which enables us to provide our homebuyers with the latest in construction techniques and uncompromising service.
While we have years of homebuilding under our belts, much of our success can be attributed to 3 elements on which we have built the philosophy of our business: Consistency, Predictability and Commitment. These elements are the basis of our entire operation. They are what keep each Napolitano employee completely devoted to you and your homebuying experience.

WHERE ARE WE?
Our new home communities are located throughout Hampton Roads Virginia, in Suffolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Richmond and Moyock, NC. Our dedication to the homebuilding industry goes well beyond the local level. Our desire to provide quality housing has led to our active involvement on a state and national level as well. Fred Napolitano Sr.'s responsibility and leadership evolved into his election as President of the National Association of Homebuilders in 1982 and his induction into the National Housing Hall of Fame. In 1990, Vincent Napolitano became President of the Tidewater Builder's Association, and then in 1995, President of the Home Builders Association of Virginia. Fred Napolitano II was elected President of the Tidewater Builders Association in 1997, and John Napolitano later served in that post in 2003. In addition, Fred Sr., Vince, and Fred II have been inducted as lifetime board members of the National Association of Home Builders and remain active in the NAHB.
